We had a lightening strike at the weekend,

BT out reach have been out to fix the sockets and line but Sky are refusing to send us a new router or an engineer until the job is closed, which I have been informed by BT that it has! Customer Service has been terrible. To add our neighbours have had a sky engineer out today (who were also affected by the lightening strike) and they have had their router fitted but  the engineer would not look at mine. This is very frustrating especially as I work from home ! My husband has made numerous calls and no one has offered a solution ! All I want is my wi fi back on

@Richard1239  You can make a complaint if you think that would help to see if Sky will then do something about getting a new router out to you.
