We are having conection problems

Our sky glass keeps having conection difficulties as do other devices in the house , this has only happened since we have had the new internet super dpeed fitted . It is much slowwer and causeslagging issues . We are most disapointed snd upset as we are paying gor a more superior service and receiving a much lower one snd being vharged more money for the privalige . PLEASE HELP

@Kerryrb you are not addressing Sky by posting in the forum. As you clearly feel strongly you may want to formally complain to Sky how to do thst is explained here How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com
