I am unable to get wall to wall wifi. can't get help online and am unable to connect to a person to help.

My daughter needs to work from home and is finding this problem frustrating.

Realistically no Openreach ISP can compete on price with altnet providers who are prepared to lose money on every subscription in order to increase customer numbers before they run out of startup capital.
