Waiting for Open Reach stuck at “processing”

So, broad band fibre wire from the telegraph pole to house is ok, the fibre wire from house to box has broken. 

Nice man Ben came and said not a lot he could do as the fibre optic wire needs to be blown down the wire to our box. So off he goes and we have to wait until open reach get in contact again. If they don't call Sky again. I'm now stuck in limbo with no internet. How do I get in contact with Sky again to see what is happening? I know OpenReach don't speak to customers. Now what and how long?
