Waek broadboad or Wi-fi Signal

Hello,

I purchased sky glass some time ago and since then the my signal to devices and the TV is worse. My television before was able to play UHD ok (LG) but the sky glass telly is terrible expecially after 5pm onwards. Its unwatchable. I havent changesd my setup. Test show signals are ok but I dont believe this.

Also noticed everyone in the house ( me plus 3) with devices noticing a poor signal in all areas of the house which isnt that big.

I work from home and have also noticed a slower than normal performance.

Can i please have some urgent support

Phil M

To be clear, Sky Glass is a subscription television product.  Did you take Sky Broadband alongside Glass?
