WIFI

The wifi light is orange on the hub. Although sky say there is no connection issues i have been going round in circles for hours. But cannot get any real assistance. They hang up phone calls because they want you to use the online system that does not work.

@MB61 When you say they cut you off, is that they say they are sending you a text and dropping the call?
