WIFI is too slow

Hi, we are facing extremely slow wifi since a week. Sometimes even the message isn't being sent and we have to use our mobile network instead. 

 

This is extremely disappointing. Please work on it or cancel the service as we are unable to continue with the same speed it should be around 500mbps. And I work from home, the screen stucks when I'm in meetings, this is frustrating and impacting my work.

 

It is very hard to speak to an advisor, everytime I call customer service, some robots talk and disconnect. Worst customer experience ever had with any provider.
