WIFI Performance

My WIFI performance was so rubbish compared to previous provider EE even though the hub is in the same location upstairs. The TV won't work when turned on and takes an age to load one of the apps.

My partner's laptop keeps saying connected no internet.

I have purchased Sky WIFI Max and seen no improvement.

I tested my WIFI service and it said it was "good" throughout which is not the case!

How do I apply for pods to boost coverage throughout our home?

You'll need to call to get the first pod, the 2nd & 3rd (if needed) are delivered by an engineer who will find the best position for them.
