Hello,
The voice light on the hub is orange. Power and WiFi are green and the Internet light is off. No Internet connection all day and from last night. I've reset, disconnected, and reconnected, used the Sky diagnostics, but nothing is working. I've had more problems like this with the fibre compared to the previous one. Need to have reliable Internet but this is just not it. What else can one do?
