Hi, I have been a sky broadband customer for the past year or so now and yesterday, the voice light on my router started glowing orange instead of green. After resetting it, unplugging it, and doing everything I could to fix it, the problem persists. I checked my router status through the IP and it is saying the voice is disconnected. I pay monthly, and had no issues with non-payments before, I am up to date with my account, and I can't contact anyone because my landline has been disconnected. How do I fix this?
