''View Bill'' page is restricted

When I click on the ''View my Bills'' page I get a message that this page is restricted. Can you please help me access my bills?

Were you able to access the page previously? You may need to clear the cache & cookies on your browser.

No, It was like that since the beginning. Is there a solution? Because I need to have copies of the bills for my records.

Have you added your Sky ID as an account holder using your account number? You may need to do that for full access.
