Very slow speeds
Sky app says I am getting 508mb/s but when I do a speed test using WiFi it's 32mb/s and on a CAT8 Ethernet cable to a pc 88mb/s. I have the 500mb/s package and a Sky Max hub (the white one). I have been through all troubleshooting steps, tried calling but only could speak to a robot and am now lost for what to do. Service checker says it's completely fine no problems. Would like some pointers to the right direction as what I need to do to fix the issue. Thinking of going back to EE if this can't be resolved Thank you in advance

88Mbps sounds suspiciously like you are using a non rated gigabit ethernet cable or switch. How is the device connected to the hub via cable? Is it direct or through something like powerline, switches etc? What device is it?
