Very slow speed compared to contract amount
My WiFi keeps cutting out and interrupting work calls, going much much slower than the sky site is suggesting it should be. We pay for up to 900mbps with guaranteed 600mbps but our test is showing avg 70mbps and it is starting to cause a problem. Please can you help identify if there is a problem, if it's the broadband, there is an issue with our profile, if it's the router etc.

@Hannah167 Speeds of full fibre connections can vary but the speed you quote are pretty unlikely. However If you are measuring speeds on devices connected by wifi it is likely you are measuring the speed of the wifi in your home which will vary according to the layout and type of construction of your home.
You can check the speed to your hub by running the service checker in the My Sky app which will show the last speed test Sky ran click on the link beside that result will give you the history for the last few weeks.

So if the hub can't support that speed please can you arrange for a hub that can support it to be sent to us? Happy to share a screenshot shot of the quotes we have.

@Hannah167 By all means send but you may just have to post else wher and link to that post. My Samsung phone and just check now (Down Again) when it no longer wants to play it goes to 12Mb/s down 70Mb/s up all on a FF500 service, it's the stupid phone and it does it just when it feels like it NEVER been able to pin it down yet, wi-fi off/on with the phone and it is back to full 500/70 as expected!!!

@Hannah167 Service checker will show you what sky thinks off your connect, that and that alone is all they go by.
