Very slow internet connection

My son is trying g to set up his PS 5 but it says it will take 99 HOURS !! To upload his game 

the wifi is slow generally any advice please

@Hendralodge21 What speed package do you have from sky, and how is the PS5 connected to the sky Hub, 99hrs may be correct on a slow connection!
