Very slow download speed since getting new internet

We moved to this deal to get a better router as the signal throughout the house wasn't great, now with this router hasn't improved the signal and now the internet speed is shockingly low, we used to on a slow day with the old router at least be getting 500, with this I haven't seen it above 100 since the first week.

This is absolutely shocking and needs fixing asap!
