Very slow connection upstairs

Hi there, the connection upstairs in our house is extremely slow. My home office is upstairs and I'm struggling to access websites, it keeps saying the connection has timed out or been interrupted. I use cloud based accounting software so I need access to the internet. We have a booster box provided by yourself but it doesn't seem to help.

What kinds of speeds are you seeing? Whats the signal strength like?
