Very slow broadband

Just installed Sky Broadband.  Everything done as per instructions.    Extrenely slow, Response 13ms.  Dowload  50 Mbps.  Upload 45 Mbps.

Sky booster for tv in extra room only showing 2 of the 3 green lights.

Also cannot get signal to the extra room tv, have tried all suggestions.
