Very slow Wi-Fi

Our Wi-Fi class is very slow. We can't browse now be paying like nothing no connecting please resolve it has been days now. Wi-Fi is not working not speed internet is very slow

@Ahmedsuroor first step is to run the Service Checker that will pick up a reduction in speed to the hub as Sky test that regulsrly. If thst speed is below the guaranteed speed the hub should offer further help or call Sky.

 

If however that is not the issue the problem is in your home in which case intially reboot the hub as thst may help with  interference issues
