Very poor internet connection

Since I have had the super fast broadband I have had problems with my internet. My programs continuously loose signal. I turn it off at the plug, then turn it back on. It stops in the middle of programs, I cannot use my home phone to contact you. I'm really disappointed with my service. Please could you rectify this asap. And compensate me for my loss of service.

I'm afraid not @Cath661 as we are customers here who help each other.
