Very poor intermittent wifi

Ever since we moved over to full fiber 150 broadband our WiFi is worse than ever. We keep losing signal and streaming is a nightmare due to buffering ever 2 mins. 
I expect more from sky and wish for an engineer to attend my house and resolve. I have followed all online steps to troubleshoot but to no avail. Please help!!
