Very poor Wifi connections

The Wifi is very bad.

My phone keeps dropping out.

I walk through a doorway 4 metres from and in sight of the hub and any phone call gets dropped.

My printer will only work if I put it near the router.

I paid extra for guarenteed connection throughout the house.

Please replace the router or provide whatever is necessary to sort this.

This has been since the start of my contract, I've only just got round to trying to sort this.

@Unhappyuser9 The Forum is not sky Customer Service, you would be best to call them direct, just dial 150 on your landline phone to connect to them!
