Very poor WiFi speed

We have been struggling with wifi speed for the last few weeks. I work from home and the connection frequently isn't strong enough for my laptop.

@ChloeBet Does your laptop have an Ethernet port for cable connection to the sky Hub just to test everything else is good and eliminate if only a poor wireless wi-fi connection issue!
