Very low internet speed
I have report this issue a week ago. After some checking from your side I've got an email saying the problem was solved. Unfortunately, it is not. The speed of the broadband fluctuate a lot, specialle during the evening or night. The Sky app does not report any issues or any low speed but when streaming it is always stopping and loading. It is not possible to watch any streaming. I have test the speed using external apps and all of them show download speeds lower than 8Mbps. Please can you check what the problem is? Thank you.

Re: Very low internet speed
If Sky show your spends are ok then it's likely it's a WiFi issue rather than a line speed issue, do you have Sky Stream?
What is the MySky app reporting your line speed as?
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
