Very bad router

Ok you have sent an engineer today, who got things working for a short time, and now his gone nothing works again, I can't make WiFi calls,I have a landline could sky call me please as this has been going on for weeks ever since I swapped from talk talk to sky it's been very bad, you promise all this stuff of guarantees etc, and can't provide a simple service, I want out of this contract as it's not fit for purpose

I'd give Sky a call. They won't call you in response to a forum post. Your forum name is not linked to your Sky account details.
