Very Poor Wifi upstairs

We have one of the booster plugs but we have very poor WiFi in our bedrooms and particularly my office which is directly above the router.

It sounds like you may need more boosters. Have you tried running through the WiFi troublshooting here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-which-sky-hub
