I work from home and use VoIP to make and receive calls, since last Thursday 21st of November, I have not been able to use my VoIP so unable to receive calls or make outgoing calls, I spoke to SKY technical help last Monday and they got me to reset my have reset devices but still not working. My IT department have run diagnostics on my laptop and they said the issue lies with SKY so just out of interest I hope spotted off my daughters iPhone and I was able to make calls. What can I do to get my VoIP to work again thank you

I've been having the same issue since around 25th November (according to my ipbx logs). Before then, it had worjked perfectly for many years.
