Using data while on wifi

My family are eating through data while

being connected to wifi last 2 weeks. Its not roght I' paying for this sservice

@JJHOwell Would advise you to have a look at the settings causing your mobiles to flip to mobile data and go from that point!

@JimM1  As advised by @JimM1  this sounds like an issue with your phone settings and not a broadband issue.

 

Who provides your mobile service?
