Re: Users
@Gael depending on the hub you have you can see details of the devices connected but not who is using them. The white hubs show the details in the My Sky app. The black hubs have a list in the web interface at 192.168.0.1.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Users
@Gael At what level do you want to see, yes you can look to see what devices are attached to the sky Hub but then you need to know who and where the device belongs too.... If you have NOT given the password to anyone then there will be no connection if you hub is using said!
If you need also below, but you will have to do every device that you have connected!
Find, change or reset your WiFi password | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Re: Users
@Gael Use a browser, and 192.168.0.1 should open up and list on the OLD Black sky Broadband hub, if you have the white sky Max Hub then you will be out off luck and need the app to show you!
The service checker may show you but you will have to expand the connected devices to see and if it works!
