Useless broadband

My broadband I'd absolutely useless Yet again it's not working This happens every week and I am fed up I'm cancelling

Upgraded to the ultra fast broadband and worst decision.i ever made.

Pay mearly 200.pm.on sky and in the morning I'm.canceling all of it 

2 weeks.i complained about my broadband again.

Crawled on the floor to unplug and plug everything back in again 

And next day tech dept say - it's all working u have no probs ... closed 

 

Fed up to the back teeth after 25 years with sky 

 

I'm done bloody useless company
