You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post. Your Community log in name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway. 

Are there any lights at all?

@Jackhowell98  In case you're not aware, this is is a customer helps customer community, posting urgent & call me are 2 things that won't & can't happen.

 

No one from Sky would have a clue who you are from your community login.

 

You need to call Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
