@MsKaur if the lsptop keeps disconnecting it is likely because the wifi signal in that room is not strong enough. Wifi signal level depends on the layout and type of construction of your home. In manybhouses you need additional wifi sources. If however other devices near the hub  are losing connection look at the lights on the hub and look here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start and follow the steps given.
