Ureliable wifi. Cannot use for work calls.

I swapped to Sky from EE/BT. Wifi calling is unreliable and the wifi/broadband is not robust. I shoud have stayed with EE, it worked very well but SKY promised a cheaper deal - charlatans! It is not acceptable, I cannot use the service for work, we do not have a mobile signal at home, we need wifi calling. How do I speak to a human, the customer support appears completely allusive?

Unless you've subscribed to their Business Broadband, Sky didn't provide the service for work purposes.

Repeated posts to this forum suggest the Max Hub performs less well for WiFi than BT/EE hardware in some properties.
