Uptodate Fibre

I would like to pass on my thanks to the engineer who came and installed my fibre( Lil works for Kelly Open reach). He was very polite and carried out the work in order for me to have a  more up to date broadband.  He was very helpul when I asked him several questions regarding this update. I rang sky because I wasn't able to get all my equiptment working properly and your advisor was very helpfull and arranged for an engineer to call the next day (excellent service). The engineer called as arranged and he was also a credit to the company.  All is working well now thank you very much. Please pass on my thanks to all concerned.
