Upload speed problems

Really struggling to get teams working, keeps cutting the call then says not connected to the Internet. Thinking could be upload speed related, 4-14mbps all day Thursday and Friday. Showing at c.60mbps this am but worried I'm going to be unable to work from home this week if not resolved
