@GrahamSR reboot the Sky hub. If it continues use the service checker in the My Sky app and run the broadband test as although there no guarantees on upload speeds it would be unusual if there is an issue where uplad was 1Mb/s is not also affecting download. If thecapp isnt offering help call Sky.
