Our Sky bill seems ridiculously high even with few add ons - we don't even have SkyQ. There seems no option to upgrade to SkyQ on the sky site, just the option to pay even more to get it?
I am just trying to find a straight answer to the following -
If I upgrade to a full fibre package in the online shop, does it automatically replace the current broadband/talk package? (We dont need a landline just faster broadband) And how do we get SkyQ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MrsBear You would need to call Sky and see what options are available to upgrade to. Just dial 150 on your landline and listen and answer the voice prompts.
