Upgrading external phone cables

Hello,

Is there any option to get my external phone cables updated to allow me to get faster internet.

My current internet is very slow and the cables look very old.

Thanks

Andrew

Essentially, no, until FTTP is available in the area.  Given copper connections are expected to be gone by the end of the decade there's no incentive for Openreach to renew metallic cabling.
