Upgraded WiFi
I phoned to upgrade my WiFi and the person on the phone said should be done within 24 hours up to 900 mb/second but ive had a look online and its 270 mb/second and i was on 350mb/second but ive upgradeded to 900 and I nothing its happened and was told its 49£ a month and was aware there is a £10 one time charge but its saying its £90 and im not getting the service

You've upgraded broadband (delivered over optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub)
Depending on the local wireless environment, WiFi speeds might show little difference.
