I want to upgrade my bra Band as it's not working properly and it's slow

@Laura1313 a lot depends on whether your road has been upgraded to full fibre broadband or is still stuck on partial fibre where the last part is overca copper phoneline. You can check using Sky's checker you can find in the My Sky app or website or check here https://www.sky.com/broadband/full-fibre-broadband.

 

If you are still on partial fibrecthere is little thst can normally be done as speeds depend on the length of tge phone line to the cabinet it runs to.
