Upgrade to WiFi max, hub?

I have upgraded to WiFi max but I have no hub or notice of it being delivered, doesn't it come with the diamond small boxes to boost to?

@Kerryb2 Would doubt that you get a booster and only the Sky Max hub first instance as you may not need.

Sky doesn't ship booster pods with the Max Hub: they are potentially claimable under the terms of the Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee once the Max Hub has been in place long enough (typically ten days)
