Upgrade to Full Fibre

I am an existing sky customer and have been upgraded to full fibre. As part of my upgrade I got a coversion kit sent to me.

It only have the black cable (think it is an RJ11 connector both male ends) which connects to my prefiltered phopne socket and hub. The new lead isn't long enough to reach the hub, it is about 2m and I need around 10m. Do I actually need to buy a new lead? Or will the old one continue to work with the upgrade.

If you are on full fibre with an ONT box on the inside of the house, then you need an RJ45 ethernet cable. They're available in various lengths up to and beyond 100 feet, either locally (the Asda, Currys ect) or via the likes of Amazon. Get a Cat 6 or 7 cable which will cover you for a long while.
