Upgrade or renewal server issue

when I select the upgrade/ renewal tab I always get a message 'sorry we are having technical issues'. So I cannot see any renewal options and my contact is up in 2 weeks

@PaulW2 you often get better offers by talking to Sky so you might be better giving them a call
