Upgrade broadband speed

I can't seem to be able to speak to an actual person and the automated system is quite faulty.

Broadband is available in my area.  I've been told by a line engineer.  Our neighbor has up to 900mb/s options for broadband.  We do not.  I'd like to actually speak with someone about how to complete the wire to our property to increase speeds.

Is your neighbour also with Sky or someone else? Often when a property gets activated for FTTP BT will have a monopoly over it for the first 12-24 months then other providers get in. Also Sky's systems can often lag behind when Openreach first commission an area, sometimes you have to wait a few weeks to a month.
