Current broadband contract runs to June, pretty happy with the service so are Sky likely to allow me to upgrade speed and take out a new contract or do I have to wait?
Have been trying the live chat but not getting anywhere at the moment

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@pengedragon things are pretty busy this week what with the holiday and storms. Sky normallyballow youbto upgrade whike in contract but becaware itvwill start a new 24 month contract. Usually to best placecto find upgades is in the My Sky app.

So I managed to upgrade to Gigafast over the phone, all fairly painless and a price I was happy with
