Update on my Max box being delivered

There isn't any messages of an update in my Sky app regarding when my Sky max box will be delivered only that my wife I will go live on the 14th of August so I am requesting an update to make sure someone is home for the delivery

@Heidi122  Is there any information in track orders in my account? Which router do you have just now from the link below and did you take out the Max subscription?

Typically despatch is timed for arrival a few days before the scheduled activation date.  I'd be surprised if it went out this week.

Hi my Wi-Fi is due to go active in 3 days and I've had no update or tracking number from my max box there isn't anything in messages in fact it's telling me there is an order that has been placed could you possibly shed some light on this How it's becoming quite frustrating that I've received no email or anything

It says in order hasn't been placed but then it says in my messages that you go live on the 14th of August this is a joke now
