Unstable internet connection

I'm on Zoom but it keeps disconnecting me and the message about my "weak connection" keeps popping up

Our Sky router is dropping several times a day now. Getting the two orange flashing lights for an eternity before the router going back to 4 lights. It's making it impossible to get any work done at home. Any solutions, please, Sky?
