Unstable connection
Morning I'm having trouble with my broadband I keep getting a msg on my tv unstable connection. Also did a broadband speed test it was very hard to get a result but managed to get one at 351mbps. I've reset my router but still haven't connecting problems. Need it sorted asap as my wife works from home.

Re: Unstable connection
@Maydell81 incredibly common issue as in many homes a single wifi router cannot give the coverage that streaming video and working from home requires. Wifi signals are affected by the layout and type of construction of the property. While size is an issue even small homes can be a problem if they have solid internal walls.
The solution is to have multiple wifi sources which create a mesh wifi network where the units work together. Sky sell such a system as an addon called WiFi Max see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max However that is not your only choice as there are a huge number of third party systems. If you are not tech savvy these can be daunting but the simplest set up is to turn off the Sky hub's wifi and connects a unit to the hub by an ethernet cable and run thst in Access Point mode the other units in the kit are linked using the manufacturers app. I use TP-Link Deco units but Netgear Orbi are good as are many others. Units that connect as only as routers are more complex but modt can be configured with advice from forum members..
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Unstable connection
This can not be the case here I live in a small bungalow with wooden petition walls. Even to the point if i try to use internet in the kitchen which is right next-door the living room where the router is based I struggle to get internet. This has been the case from day one it's very frustrating!
Also I have not heard back from you guys about my unstable broadband connection that has become a major issue this morning.
