Unreliable broadband
Broadband dropping out, despite being given a upgrade when contract renewed last month.
please can this be fixed as a priority as I work from home and need fast upload and download speeds to do my job.
My Speed test Result - Download 6.55 Mbps - Upload 42.61 Mbps - Ping 1 Ms. What's yours? #SpeedSmart #speedtest https://tosto.re/speedsmartapp

Re: Unreliable broadband
@ZoeGilmore If you run the Sky broadband tester and it finds an issue it should offer you the option to book an engineer, if it doesn't then you will have to call Sky to report the issue your having.
You should be aware that you are using a domestic only service and you have no more priority over fixes for faults and issue just because you work from home, you will get the standard service level and that is a target fix time of 2 working days after the fault is reported.
