Unreliable Broadband
Hello.
I've recently become a sky customer and am unhappy with the product.
The WiFi works well in the room where the router is but nowhere else. Streaming in the other rooms isn't possible.
Can you let me know how I can get a WiFi extender or cancel my contract please as it's really poor service.
Thanks,
Myles

Re: Unreliable Broadband
@MylesStorey If you want an extender call Sky, to cancel you would also need to call Sky. No onehere can send you an extender or cancel your account.

Re: Unreliable Broadband
A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
