Unlinking a mobile from Sky Hub

Does anyone know if you can unlink someones mobile phone from your Sky Hub instead of resetting your password.  I think my neighbours are linking into my connection and Im unable to reset the password for another few days?

@ja27474  Unless the neighbour knows your hubs password they can't just connect to your hub, what makes you think they have?

I was kind enough to lend them the password many months ago as my neighbour was working from home and her own wifi went down - I just didnt know if I could unlink from my Hub

@ja27474  To stop them using it you'll need to change the wifi password.

Yes I know I will need to reset the password - but I am not at home for the next few days and wanted to know if you can unlink them remotely, as per my question.
